- Cross-sell AGWS products that the dealer may not currently offer
- Train dealership finance teams to maximize front and back gross opportunities
- Monitor and train dealership staff on sales deal structure intricacies and significance
- Ensure all sales deals are processed promptly and to their full capacity
- 2+ years of automotive experience (mandatory)
- Prior experience in warranty administration is desirable
- Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Autosoft is advantageous
- Willingness to travel, including hotel stays, up to 60-70%
- Exceptional customer relationship abilities
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with less than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI infractions in the last five years
- College degree is a requirement
