LP is looking for a Regional Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to play a crucial role in managing tasks that drive business expansion and increase sales. As part of our team, you will work closely with field sales and marketing to support various activities.

    Job Purpose:

    Under the guidance of the Sales Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing regional support and management for sales and marketing activities such as rebate management, invoicing, customer experiences, and strategic partnerships. Your role will involve overseeing complex assignments that are essential for the success of the sales and marketing team.

    What You Will Do:

    • Provide continuous support to Field Sales, National Accounts, Retail, Marketing, and various levels of sales & marketing management in the US and Canada
    • Oversee Rebate Administration for all LP sales and business marketing programs, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
    • Analyze and evaluate customer rebates
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing and rebate matters
    • Collaborate with sales/marketing teams, vendors, and strategic accounts
    • Coordinate corporate and customer events including site selection, vendor negotiation, budget management, and travel logistics
    • Manage contracts and design collateral for sales and marketing events
    • Focus on enhancing customer experience and resolving issues promptly
    • Collaborate effectively with various departments and sales regions to execute projects seamlessly
    • Manage regional sales budgets and process invoices/payments through Ariba and SAP
    • Occasional travel may be required

    Key Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial skills
    • Familiarity with sales processes, LP product lines, and value propositions

    Bonus Points:

    • Proficiency in Cvent, SAP, Ariba, and SalesForce
    • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office products

      • Education:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
