What to expect

  • Development, planning and implementation of technical trainings for both our employees and external customers. The focus is on control technology (PLC), programming, drive technology, bus systems, SCADA systems, image processing and laser technology.
  • Support of departments in the introduction of new technologies in the mentioned focus areas.
  • Conducting further trainings at company locations in Germany and abroad.
  • Close collaboration with the development and specialist departments.
  • Design of multimedia training materials and e-learning courses.

What we expect

  • Completed technical studies in the field of mechatronics/automation, computer science, electrical engineering or engineering pedagogy (or a comparable qualification, e.g. technician).
  • First professional experience in programming PLC controllers such as Beckhoff or Siemens S7 according to IEC and/or HMI solutions.
  • Knowledge of training methods and design of training materials, ideally first professional experience as a technical trainer.
  • Proficient in common computer tools such as MS Office.
  • Independent and systematic way of working as well as high commitment.
  • Friendly demeanor, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and high self-motivation.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel
