- Provides general administrative support to the HSET department, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, answering phones, and organizing files
- Assist in handling customer PQFs (Pre-Qualification Forms)
- Assist in preparing safety reports. This may include compiling data, formatting reports and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate travel logistics for employees attending safety training workshops, seminars or conferences. This includes booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Assist in updating company safety programs such as: Incident Management Systems, ISN, Supervision, DISA etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Must have general knowledge of a variety of computer software applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Must have the ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

Position Summary
The role of the HSE Administrator plays a key role in supporting the corporate HSET team by providing daily administrative assistance and support to the Corporate Health, Safety, Environmental, and Training Team The ideal candidate should have prior experience in clerical support roles and possess excellent organizational and coordination skills.
