- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide a consultative approach to customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, door to door visit, networking marketing and social media platforms.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
- Fill out and maintain the CRM as required.
- 3+ Years of experience in POS industry or direct sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and result- oriented, with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools.
