Exacta Land Surveyors, LLC is currently seeking talented and experienced Sales Executives to build our business and service our clients in Houston, Texas.
15 + years' experience selling land surveys, title insurance, PMI, valuation & appraisal products, inspection services, vendor management products or similar, to a diverse client base including title companies, attorneys, builders, real estate professionals, etc...
This is a role for a hunter who can win new business and hit aggressive revenue targets.Proven successful sales and account management experience with documented financial results and quota achievement is a must.
This role also requires building and maintain lasting relationships with our client base, industry leaders and the community.
The Sales Executive is critical to the mission of Exacta and will play a vital role in growing our business in the designated market.
Sales Executive's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develops and executes a strategic plan focused on growing revenue through new client acquisition and wallet share growth of current clients.
Client management / customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Must be able to perform task and solve problems with a high degree of independence.
Experience with CRM or client data base software.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle with a valid license and clean driving history.
Must be highly visible by attending and participating in community and Real Estate functions.
Effectively deliver group and individual presentation to customer groups, target customers, cooperating agents, and others.
Applicant should possess strong interpersonal skills and integrity.
Excellent follow through and organizational skills.
Action and Process oriented.
High Energy with a 'can do' attitude.
Ability to set and manage priorities, manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
