    Location: Houston, TX

    Transportation Engineering Project Manager Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, PLLC (ICE) is a full-service transportation consulting and design firm specializing in highways, bridges/structures, hydrology/hydraulic design, geotechnical engineering, and foundation testing, environmental documentation (NEPA) construction services, and aviation design.

    We are seeking a
    Project Manager to join our rapidly growing transportation group to support highway and municipal roadway projects in Texas.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience working with TxDOT, counties and municipalities across the state.

    This is a doer/seller role with the opportunity to pursue and deliver infrastructure engineering projects and CE&I pursuits. Duties include construction phase engineering support services, project management, client coordination and public involvement.

    The Project Manager will manage all aspects of the transportation projects from business development, scope, and fee development, contracting, staffing plan development, risk identification and management, project oversight, quality management, and financial performance.
