- Schedule Management:
- Coordinate and maintain schedules for multiple Social Worker and RN Assessors, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Schedule client appointments for assessments and follow-up visits, considering client needs, assessor availability, and geographic location.
- Utilize scheduling software and tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with Social Worker and RN Assessors, clients, and other team members to confirm appointments, address scheduling conflicts, and provide updates.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to scheduling inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately enter and update client information, appointment details, and scheduling notes in the electronic medical record system.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Problem-Solving:
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues proactively, finding creative solutions to optimize the program's efficiency.
- Communicate any scheduling challenges or concerns to the Program Coordinator.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in scheduling for multiple individuals, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing schedules for multiple individuals; preferable in a human service environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be able to pass a background check.

Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our Licensed Social Worker and Registered Nurse Assessors are able to efficiently connect with vulnerable adults and children in need of support. By managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication, you'll directly contribute to the success of our mission to empower individuals and families.
