PrideStaff Financial is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our healthcare client.
This position comes with room for growth and an employee-centric culture
Direct Hire
Pay:
$23-25/hour
Schedule:
Mostly remote but with some occasional days in the office. Candidate must live in Dallas or within commuting distance.
Duties:
Ensure that vendor statements are accurate and reconciled.
Vendor maintenance and set up
Working closely with vendors on maintaining current accounts and responding to vendor inquiries promptly.
Managed the W9 process
1099 reporting
Utilize Excel spreadsheets to compile reports for vendors and leadership
Oversee unclaimed property
Various ad hoc AP duties
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
Min. 3 years in an Accounts Payable role (to include vendor maintenance and 1099s)
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience with Great Plains/MS Dynamics software a plus.
Professional demeanor and ability to work/interact with all levels within the organization, including management and executive levels.
