    Description

    We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

As each member starts in our Entry-Level Account executive role, over 8-12 months they will work and develop into an Executive Director which will give them the opportunity to work alongside some of the biggest brands in the nation.

    We are interested in recent graduates, interns, military, sports-minded, and all motivated and goal-oriented, hard-working individuals.

    The entry-level Account executive training covers energy industry product knowledge, customer acquisition and retention, communication, learning systems, following processes to bring quality to the customer and client, and relationship building. We believe in rewarding people for their hard work so we are performance-based, we only hire from within and have no seniority.

    We are a sales, marketing, and management team striving and working harder each and every day to become the best versions of ourselves individually and as a team. Our focus and concentration right now in the Philadelphia area is the energy industry.

    We work face-to-face with clients and customers building and creating personal relationships while being men and women of integrity and professionalism.

    With a killer attitude, strong work ethic, and a strong student mentality we continue to grow, develop, and expand from entry-level into leaders and then into management.

    At LWG we are not afraid of hard work and there are no obstacles that we cannot overcome. With the exception of rush hour traffic, we are ready for anything the day brings our way. With the support of one another and a big-picture mindset, no goal is too high at LWG

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
