    Office Manager (TEMPORARY):

    Job mission

    The Office Manager is responsible is an important interface between our front-line Service & Support Engineers, Sales Managers and Application Engineers and the customers to ensure that the customer receives the highest quality of service and support.

    What you will be doing:

    • Answering the phone, taking messages, transferring calls to appropriate people (small number).
    • Literacy in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Teams is a pre requisite.
    • Knowledge of MS dynamics or other ERP system would be an advantage.
    • Opening and closing office with alarm codes
    • Shipping and receiving packages and handling mail
    • Outcalls to customers informing them of spare part status, preventative maintenance schedules, billing and accounts receivable.
    • Digital file organization and maintenance on server
    • Liaising with the cleaners and paying water and electricity bill etc.
    • Stocking kitchen items like coffee, other drinks and snacks etc.

    Knowledge and experience

    Work experience

    • At least 2 years' experience in a customer facing admin or logistics roll
    • Detail orientated task experience
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
    • Basic working knowledge of ERP, MEP, WMS or other similar systems
    • Basic experience with logistics and warehousing (internal shipments and freight a plus)

    Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently and cope with ambiguity
    • Excellent social, written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to take direction
