Job Summary:
Duties:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Oversee clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping and reporting
- Supervise and train office staff to ensure adherence to company policies
- Maintain a wellorganized office environment
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently
- Previous experience in team management is preferred
