Job Summary:


Duties:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the medical office
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Handle financial tasks such as billing, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
  • Maintain electronic health records using systems like eClinicalWorks or Eaglesoft

Skills:


  • Proficiency in medical office management
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Knowledge of human resources practices in a medical setting
  • Experience with practice management software like eClinicalWorks or Eaglesoft
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a hospital or medical office setting
