Duties:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the medical office
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Handle financial tasks such as billing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Maintain electronic health records using systems like eClinicalWorks or Eaglesoft
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical office management
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices in a medical setting
- Experience with practice management software like eClinicalWorks or Eaglesoft
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a hospital or medical office setting
