- Provides all administrative support to, Chief People Officer as well as other members of HR leadership team as directed including but not limited to composing correspondence, copying, reconciling credit card receipts, processing timesheets and travel vouchers, ordering supplies.
- Oversees HR projects as assigned by the Chief People Officer and other HR leaders.
- Manages the calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Assists with the employee recognition and appreciation campaigns.
- Provides all administrative support for Chief People Officer and other team members ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
- Provides customer service and resources within assigned HR area, to SCS staff.
- Maintains department budgets and work with the Chief People Officer on monthly budget reconciliation.
- Applies common communication tools and strategies to ensure effective communications across the HR and TI departments.
- Oversees equipment for corporate HR suite, ordering supplies and maintenance serving as equipment trouble-shooter as needed.
- Prepares agendas, meeting rooms and takes minutes for all related meetings as required.
- Audits, reconciles, and processes all invoices for department.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six years of secretarial or administrative support experience, including at least three years' work at HR departmental level with a high-school diploma or GED. Three years' experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
- Position has no unusual physical demands.
- Occasional minor discomforts from exposure to video display terminal.
