Lead the development and execution of the cyber security program strategy, goals, and objectives in alignment with organizational priorities.
Manage a team of project managers responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of cyber security projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, and business units, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Responsible for driving organizational change and transition management.
Act as a Chief-of-Staff for the CISO
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to cyber security projects and implement strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Develop and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of cyber security initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert on cyber security program management, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders as needed.
Monitor project performance and progress and provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Drive a culture of accountability and excellence within the cyber security program team and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cyber security, and incorporate relevant insights into program strategy and execution.
Proven experience (10+ years) in program management, with a focus on cyber security initiatives and projects.
Highly organized and focused on delivering risk reduction.
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
PMP, SAFe, DAC, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
Deep understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results in complex environments.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
