What to Expect
We are seeking a motivated Service Program Manager to join our dynamic Service Operations Team.

In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing scalability and operational efficiency within our automotive service division.


What You'll Do

  • Identify and execute on key initiatives that improve one or more of the key organizational objectives while developing and launching new products and processes that drive customer experience and improve brand loyalty
  • Assess and optimize existing service processes to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and drive down operational costs
  • Foster close collaboration with field service, sales, marketing, business analytics and finance teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives
  • Establish robust feedback mechanisms to gather valuable insights from customers, facilitating continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Utilize thorough analysis of market trends, customer behaviors, and industry benchmarks to identify and capitalize on new product opportunities
  • Deliver regular program updates and strategic insights to senior management, informing decisionmaking processes while also collaborating with training teams to provide comprehensive education to business users involved in managing and executing business processes, as well as those affected by process adjustments

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including successful management of teams or projects, with a proven ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving organizational objectives
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, adeptly prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment, and confidently navigate challenges and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new concepts, proactively seek clarification, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills, while maintaining selfmotivation and adaptability
  • Track record of cultivating positive relationships with internal business functions globally, as well as external vendors coupled with first principles approach to problem solving with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering polished presentations to seniorlevel managers, executive leadership, and engaging directly with customers
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time to support various business initiatives and engagements
