Summary:

Apiture is seeking a Program Manager to lead major initiatives touching multiple products and solutions.

This person will work closely with stakeholders and executives to strategize, set timelines and budgets, determine resource needs, and create project plans throughout the entire project life cycle.


Location (Wilmington, NC, Austin, TX, Remote):


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and lead large, complex company initiatives.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Track progress throughout the project and fix blockers to ensure the the project is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Understand the needs of team members in software roles including product management, business analysis, technical project management, research, design, development and QA.
  • Inspire a shared vision by thinking critically and creatively to adapt and prepare for future trends and industry changes.
  • Challenge processes by always looking for creative solutions and how we can enhance program management methodologies.
  • Responsible for the continued development, analysis and management of proactive reports, dashboards, and other data and communication needs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, master's preferred.
  • 510 years of program management or consulting experience in product and software development.
  • Strong experience with program management methodologies and practices.
  • Strong experience working across and with all areas of software development (product, development, design).
  • Strong background in project management leadership with a focus on detail.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Should have strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Prior fintech experience preferred.
