**Program Manager, Marketing Programs

Our B2B Marketing division helps partners deliver excellent traveler experiences and succeed in the travel business - driving growth for them and EG through competitive supply, cutting-edge technology, our leadership in B2B travel, and targeted advertising.


Through targeted programs, partners can leverage traveler trust signals, price and non-price traveler incentives, and flexible full-scale distribution options to maximize their performance in Expedia Group's marketplace.

Partners are selected to participate in these initiatives based on criteria determined by the Program

Manager, with support from Programs leadership. This team manages multiple programs across Expedia Group including VIP Access, Premier Host, Rev+, MarketMaker, and other to-be-announced programs.


What you'll do:


  • Generate, drive, and execute program strategy in alignment with the objectives of our partner programs using competitive intelligence and data to support decision making
  • Design improvements to existing program gives and gets, ensuring balance with the broader program's portfolio
  • Be the primary point person for assigned initiatives; build project plans and roadmaps; identify project tasks, dependencies, and owners.
  • Establish roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across core working group teams; resolve blockers.
  • Manage self to plans; update as factors change, be creative in sourcing alternatives, and drive to clarify any root causes of change.
  • Ensure key stakeholder groups are represented at meetings and working sessions; identify and engage area owners as appropriate.
  • Understand key processes and desired outcomes across Programs at a high level
  • Provide regular, clear, and concise status updates to stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
  • Develop and maintain a resource for key project artifacts, including Program materials and playbooks

Who you are:


  • 3 + years of Program Management experience of owning datadriven decisions, understanding the competitive landscape, roadmap planning, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience overseeing the launch & daytoday performance of crossfunctional initiatives with supporting teams in different locations
  • Experience with gotomarket lifecycle management
  • Expert understanding of marketing program design and strategy
  • Experience in B2B partner management and/or the travel industry preferred
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing needs with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communicator, who can share information and ideas, listens carefully, and considers differing viewpoints.
  • Expertise in problemsolving, project coordination, planning, process development, and improvement skills
  • Passionate with a focused commitment to the needs of our travelers, partners, and internal colleagues
  • Strong analytical skills, including trending, forecasting, and performance management
  • Proficient with Salesforce and the Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint


The total cash range for this position in Austin is $110,500.00 to $155, Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.


Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
