    The Senior Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment and facilities. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage various tasks, from coordinating office maintenance to overseeing vendor relationships. The Senior Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in creating a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace for our employees.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Own relationship with various external vendors and coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Establish and implement office policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage the procurement and inventory control of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
    • Plan and execute office space allocation and seating arrangements to accommodate the needs of various departments and teams.
    • Manage office security systems, access controls, and emergency preparedness protocols.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the office space to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards.
    • Monitor and manage office-related budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture.
    • Supervise all office operations, including but not limited to office maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.
    • Oversee office operations and facilities staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.
    • Partner up with cross function teams in planning and execution of office events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
    • Act as the main liaison for employees, addressing their office-related inquiries, requests, and concerns.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
    • 5-10 years of experience in office management, facilities management, or related roles.
    • Strong knowledge of office operations, facilities maintenance, OSHA, and health and safety regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required.
    • This role will support a gaming studio, any experience with supporting gaming studio is preferred but not required.
