With over 4,000 stores across Malaysia, China, Singapore, and Vietnam, and a staggering 100 million cups of tea served monthly, Chagee is now expanding to the US market.

What you'll do as our Ops Specialist/Area Manager:
Regularly track and present progress reports and manage the completion of store openings, adjusting the achievement path according to progress
Analyze and report to management the actual completion of the store opening progress for which you are responsible
Responsible for coordinating the issues of various departments during the store opening process (including the handling and follow-up of departmental licenses)
Assist in undertaking the operating strategies of subsidiaries and achieving the comprehensive operating indicators of corporate and subsidiaries on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Assist in the optimization and maintenance of the operating system in the area under its jurisdiction, effectively maintain and manage franchisees, continuously improve store profitability, ensure that store QSCF and various operating indicators meet the requirements of corporate and relevant national institutions, and continuously improve and optimize
Assist in hiring for stores, training operation team members and creating / leveraging tools in place for promotion and certification for store employees
Assist in undertaking and implementing the standards, processes, norms, systems and other requirements of corporate and its subsidiaries for store operations, and optimize them locally, providing suggestions and support corporates operational strategies
Assist in the horizontal communication, coordination and overall planning of the internal and corporate cross functional departments of the subsidiary
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Experience you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
5-7 years experience in a QSR environment or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS knowledge a plus
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
