Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize our use of HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with our sales, marketing, and support operations.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and lead management processes are optimized for peak performance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to align goals, processes, and systems, ensuring a cohesive revenue operation strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
  • Own the endtoend process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the leadership team.
  • Implement and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within HubSpot and related systems, ensuring smooth operations and mínimal downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a B2B software company.
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation, with certification(s) highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Selfstarter with a handson approach and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay:
$45, $120,000.00 per year
