About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic B2B Marketing Operations Specialist (Campaign Ops) to join our growing team.

Reporting directly to our Marketing Director, you will be pivotal in developing and executing customer acquisition, lead nurturing, onboarding, and user engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Create, manage, and optimize daytoday marketing campaigns expertly crafted within Hubspot.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team and digital team to deliver sales enablement and advertising collateral.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Conduct datadriven analyses to identify trends, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (Product, Sales, etc.) to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
  • Stay up to date with fintech industry trends and tactics, as well as digital marketing tools and practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Preferred 57+ years of experience in B2B Fintech/Saas technology marketing with a foundation of modern demand generation skills.
  • Advanced experience with Hubspot is required for the role.
  • Experience with Salesforce, and HTML or other development languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing targeted demand generation and capture programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and data into approachable messaging.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital marketing and growth initiatives in a fintech or tech startup environment and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Organized and detailoriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • MBA (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $130k-$165k+ (depending on experience).
