    POSITION SCOPE

    The Construction Site Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and serve as the worksite representative for dealings with contractors, suppliers, and A/E CA's.

    This position will ensure compliance with all state and local procedures, regulations, and codes, and will provide updates to Managing Director, Alamo Plan (MDAP) on a regular basis.

    DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Provide strategic direction and overall guidance on achieving agreed targets and objectives.
    • Maintain close relationship and communication with clients (vendors, contractors, etc.) on behalf of the Alamo Plan.
    • Contribute to activity management, project planning, implementation, and reporting, working in collaboration with Alamo Plan teams.
    • Arrange, attend, and facilitate a variety of meetings, including weekly meetings at the project site.
    • Document issues encountered and problems observed with the contractors, reporting results to MDAP. Assist in resolutions, tracking and follow-up.
    • Review contractor baseline and progress schedules; provide MDAP w/variance reports.
    • Inspect the work of the construction contractor, progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents, applicable building codes and safety standards documenting deficiencies and or non-conformances.
    • Deliver reports, reviews, evaluations, design work, to MDAP.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 5+ years construction experience and supervisor experience.
    • Written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
