The focus is on the residential sector, including single-family, multi-family, and townhouses. However, projects in the hospitality, health care, office, and commercial spaces are also part of their daily business.

As part of their continuous growth, we are now looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for the Frankfurt and Stuttgart locations, who is passionate and motivated to work in the construction industry and take on leadership responsibilities.
Your Role
- Representing the company in the region
- Professional and disciplinary management of employees at the respective location (senior construction managers, construction managers, project managers in rough and finishing construction)
- Responsibility for the implementation of townhouse and residential projects
- Monitoring of systematic and standardized process flows, taking into account technical and economic aspects
- Management and regular monitoring of the construction site
- Approval of invoices
- Resultsoriented leadership/responsibility for the regional team
- Interface to internal departments at the headquarters in Baden-Württemberg
Your Qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction management/project management and applied project management skills
- Leadership experience and motivating work style
- Assertiveness and solid knowledge
