    Overview:


    Xerox corporation is seeking a motivated Site Manager to join our team and support our client at their facility located in San Antonio, TX.

    The Site Manager is responsible for operating high volume duplicating equipment, performing associated copying tasks, shipping and receiving products and supplies, sorting, distributing and handling incoming and outgoing mail / faxes, as well as applying necessary postage as well as providing copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment.

    As a Site Manager, you may also perform bindery, quality control (QC) and final check, housekeeping, filing services, call center assistance and reception assistance as well as various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance.


    What You'll Do:

    • Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
    • Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections.
    • Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.
    • Performs repair service on customer copier equipment.
    • Maintains records for management reports and inventory of supplies needed.
    • Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points.
    • Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains billing logs.
    • Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.
    • May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents.
    • Delivers completed jobs to predetermined customer locations within the site.
    • Maintains daily meter and service logs.
    • Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.
    • Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked.
    • Performs duties related to the shipping of materials and receiving of materials.
    • May perform meeting room and conference room set ups, building occupant moves within assigned facilities, re-lamping and light maintenance duties as assigned and occasional cleaning duties as needed.
    • May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.
    • Uses shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler and scales in completion of various jobs contracted.
    • Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and PC.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
    • High volume print production experience.
    • EFI Fiery server experience.
    • Displays a willingness to be trained on digital office equipment.
    • Prior hands-on experience with troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical equipment repairs
    • Ability to use hand tools.
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Ability to lift, push, pull and maneuver objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
    • Experience using smartphones, laptops, and tablets with exposure to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
    • Previous experience with software and hardware updates preferred.
    • Familiarity with networking and internet connectivity preferred.
