- Partnering with L&D, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition teams to continually develop relevant and engaging people programs; applicable metrics are regularly assessed to signal the right level of adoption and program success - iterate programs as needed
- Designing, building, and implementing programs, processes, and tools to help set managers and employees up for success
- Assessing the people needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, and leadership
- Analyzing and facilitating leadership and culture initiatives. Using influence and coaching skills to cultivate a culture that reflects our core values
- Developing people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Leading people processes (performance calibration, merit cycle, promotions, engagement survey)
- 7 years of people Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, global start-up environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field preferred
- You have the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes
- Knowledge of people policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in developing, executing and maintaining people projects and programs
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees and leaders alike
- Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership coaching skills

The Role
Outreach is looking for a dynamic Senior People Business Partner (PBP) to join our People Experience team. The Sr.
PBP will be a strategic advisor to the Customer Experience team (Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Technical Support) in our Seattle HQ and global offices.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in partnering with the business leaders in the design and execution of their organizational goals, including organizational design, coaching, and considerable focus on scaling for growth and culture retention.
Youll be responsible for making a significant impact on the Customer Experience organization and you excel in a fast-paced, high engagement environment with extraordinary desire to innovate.
You will be partnering closely with leadership and providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice with respect to coaching both leaders and employees, performance management, compensation, conflict management, organizational change, engagement, and DEI.
You are someone who can drive people initiatives, mentor others across the PBP team, and develop effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
