Your tasks:


  • Allocation and distribution of inventory vehicles (new and used cars) within the agency partner and fleet delivery network, ensuring that the inventory situation is always displayed in the CRM.
  • Stock order management: Processing orders for inventory vehicles.
  • Arranging and managing domestic vehicle transports for individual vehicle deliveries.
  • Managing the registration process for fleet deliveries, ensuring correct data transfer to sales and aftersales systems.
  • First point of contact for external service providers, particularly for fleet deliveries and domestic vehicle transports.
  • Handling all fleet management processes/tasks related to companyowned vehicles, including service/tires, vehicle data, software, etc. Ensuring accurate representation of status in the fleet management system.
  • Ensuring the creation and delivery process of vehicle documents at all times.
  • Importing and verifying vehicle documents in the CRM system.
  • Developing the CRM system with a focus on scalability and process stability. Collaborating with the IT department on implementing system changes, automations, optimizations, system testing, and developing new features.
  • Creating internal reports such as registration and delivery data.
  • Performing adhoc tasks and handling other tasks in the vehicle operations area as a representative.

Your profile:


  • University degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, including inventory management for passenger cars.
  • Practical mindset, ability to adapt to challenges in a fastpaced environment.
