What to Expect

  • Support for end customers, sales partners, and authorized third parties via phone/video chat
  • Processing of written inquiries from end customers, sales partners, and third parties (letter/email/online chat/messaging, etc.)
  • Completion of defined business transactions, including correspondence and complaint handling (e.g. deaths, contract expirations)
  • Examination of contractual requirements according to legal regulations, combined with proper technical data recording
  • Support for all customer inquiries according to defined interaction triggers, as well as resulting defined collection processes and crosssector partner processes
  • Occasional crossfunctional support to balance peak workloads

Who You Are

  • Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, ideally with professional experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt to different conversation partners in various situations
