- HS Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Prior apartment office experience helpful, with some understanding of compliance regulations for residents who qualify for subsidized housing assistance helpful but not required; willing to learn/train.
- Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills needed.
- Prior accurate data entry inputting needed with excellent proofreading skills.
- Proficient in MSOffice skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Providing organizational overflow support for fast-paced management office and provide excellent customer service to all Residents, new applicants, visitors, vendors, contractors, co-workers, and customers.
- Answering phones, greet incoming visitors, process incoming/outgoing mail, preparing office correspondence and completion of forms, maintaining files, and ordering/maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Assisting with touring new resident applicants on the property when needed.
- Maintaining an organized office calendar and schedule meetings and appointments when needed.
- Receiving and processing repair work orders from residents in accordance with Conifer's standards of operation and submitting them to maintenance on a timely basis.
- Helping develop promotional activities that will assist in Marketing of community during leasing along with other resident activities.
- Composing, preparing and proofreading correspondence, office memos, reports, always maintaining required confidentiality.
- Accurate, timely data entry into software programs for reporting with excellent proofreading.
