Description
Water Works Group is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Provide general support to customers
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Coordinate office activities
  • Personal assistant duties for owner

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
  • Knowledge of office management
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; QuickBooks, Jobber & additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Works well under pressure and fast paced environment
  • Bilingual is a must

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
