Water Works Group is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office.Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Provide general support to customers
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Coordinate office activities
- Personal assistant duties for owner
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of office management
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; QuickBooks, Jobber & additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Works well under pressure and fast paced environment
- Bilingual is a must
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location:
In person
