The experienced Office Assistant has the responsibility of providing overall administrative support for the agency across multiple departments.Duties performed include data collection and entry activities; records management, scheduling appointments, answering phones, providing administrative support for various departments.
The incumbent must be friendly, outgoing, efficient and also have an inherent ability to use good judgment and problem-solve.REPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain knowledge of all administrative areas through cross training program in order to serve as backup in all departments;
- Scanning documents into EHR, as required;
- Provide telephone coverage, appointment scheduling and general office support;
- Prepare and send correspondence for signatures and/or review, as required;
- Data entry, scanning, copying, database maintenance;
- Attend required meetings and trainings;
- Work on special projects and initiatives;
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This is a FULL-TIME position, 40 hours per week (some evening hours required)
- You MUST have at least 2 years of experience in an office setting (preferably medical) with excellent professional references.
- Spanishspeaking preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
