Description
As an office assistant/ Customer service rep with our company, your duties will include:
BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE_- Excellent Spanish language in addition to English.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and addressing their concerns.
- Processing estimates, contracts, invoices, permits, requests, etc...
- Coordinating with the techs and employees.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- File documents properly
SKILLS
- Excellent Spanish language in addition to English.
- Standard computer skills
- Word and Excel programs
EXPERIENCE EDUCATION:
- Previous office assistant/customer service experience is a plus.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
