As an office assistant/ Customer service rep with our company, your duties will include:


  • BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE_
  • Excellent Spanish language in addition to English.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and addressing their concerns.
  • Processing estimates, contracts, invoices, permits, requests, etc...
  • Coordinating with the techs and employees.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • File documents properly

SKILLS

  • Excellent Spanish language in addition to English.
  • Standard computer skills
  • Word and Excel programs

EXPERIENCE EDUCATION:


  • Previous office assistant/customer service experience is a plus.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
