Our team is passionate about delivering excellence in every detail, and we're looking for a dedicated office assistant to join us in our mission.


  • Providing administrative support to the event planning team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Assisting with event logistics, such as venue research, vendor coordination, and onsite support.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suites and Dropbox a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for the events industry and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
