Senior Program Analyst - Arlington, United States - BMNT
Description
About the Role:At BMNT, Senior Analysts play an integral role in the consultative process that forms the basis for everything we do for our customers. They drive various aspects and key decision points within the project lifecycle, including planning facilitated workshops and engaging key stakeholders. A significant portion of the Senior Analyst role is to oversee problem curation - a specialized tradecraft developed by BMNT to help our customers validate problems worth spending time, energy, and resources to solve - and how it fits into the broader system of innovation at BMNT. A high-performing Senior Analyst will therefore demonstrate expertise in everything we do at BMNT, and is able to effectively demonstrate and communicate BMNT's competitive advantage in order to build credibility and trust with our customers.

ONR coordinates, executes, and promotes the science and technology programs of the United States Navy and Marine Corps, and this position is a perfect opportunity to have real impact.
Location: This is a hybrid position within commuting distance of our Arlington, VA office with the expectation of being in the office two to three days per week but sometimes more often based on customer needs.
What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities):
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
