The United States Space Force (USSF) Headquarters Space Force Command (HQSF), Chief Technology and Innovation Office (CTIO) at the Pentagon is searching for a Digital Information Manager, (NH


Description:


The position serves as a key member of a fast-paced L2 office team, with substantial responsibility, ability to engage with peers in and beyond CTIO, opportunity to integrate across on-going work, and capacity to shape knowledge management practice.


Key Skills and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of records management and IT regulations, principles, processes, and documentation procedures; knowledge of agile management strategies and information management needs; ability to interpret policy and procedures applicable to configuration and data management and tailor support programs to specific requirements.
  • Ability to schedule, coordinate, track, and react to changes in/to leadership processes and direction.
  • Ability to analyze and improve work processes, including task management systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to prepare and present briefings, coordinate planning efforts, and manage program activities.
  • Ability to plan and organize work and coordinate with other disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and MS Teams as a knowledge or information manager.
  • Experience with a Task Management Tool such as ETMS2, Sales Force, or other COTS product

Requirements:


Conditions of Employment:


  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • This position is onsite and eligible for telework within commuting distance to the office, 46 days per pay period.
  • PCS and incentives are not available.

  • Random drug testing may be required depending upon the position being filled.
  • Incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI.
  • May be required to travel by military or commercial aircraft in the performance of TDY assign.
