    More about us can be found on our website .DESCRIPTIONWe are currently looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join the Clinical Operations team at Circle Medical Technologies.

    As an L&D Specialist, you will design, maintain, and deliver in-house training programs for the Clinical team, utilizing a variety of delivery channels and methods.

    Previous background in clinical or healthcare L&D will be advantageous.
    As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to join our team. This position may be based out of our offices in San Francisco, California, or be remote in the U.S. in Texas or Florida.

    WHAT YOULL DO Partner with and establish positive relationships with Clinical Leadership, Regulatory, and People & Culture key stakeholders to develop, plan, coordinate, and administer training for new and existing clinical employees - ensure learning experiences are designed to improve all company outcomesWork to ensure that all training materials are consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with the larger team and company goalsBuild engaging, informational, and visually compelling learning experiences through cross-collaboration to find new ways to produce content that scales and resonates with our two distinctly different audiences.

    Use agile methodology to define, create, develop, and manage content projects through a prioritized backlog.

    Facilitate learning and development across multiple delivery mediums, including innovative written content and processes, in-person training, virtual training, e-learning, and other strategies.

    Perform needs assessments to identify opportunities to improve team growth and development in relation to role-based knowledge, skills, and competencies.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    WHAT YOULL BRING Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skillsA strong sense of autonomy and personal accountabilityStrong content writing experience in the development of training courses and evaluation procedures.

    A record of success in a results-oriented professional environment that requires critical thinking, resourcefulness, and a dedication to high-quality, accurate documentation in regulated and compliance fields.

    Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with confidential, private, and HIPAA-compliant information are required.
    Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and LMS or related software.

    QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of related experience is requiredCollege degree or equivalent work-related experience in HR/People OperationsContent Development, Instructional Design, Talent Development, Training ManagementTraining content writing in the Medical or Healthcare IndustryWHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE Training content writing in the Medical or Healthcare IndustryProven track record with other Healthcare Tele-Med Tech or VC-funded companiesStart-up ExperienceCOMPENSATIONIn alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on merit-based output levels.

    This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with an annual salary range of $76,000 to $124,000 plus generous vacation, full health benefits, and 401K with company matching.
