The position


We are hiring a contracts specialist with significant federal government contracts experience to assist a manufacturing company with a very large government-funded construction project.

In this role, you will

  • Work crossfunctionally with the legal and business teams to prepare, review, amend, administer, and operationalize contracts related to construction, engineering, equipment development, supply chain management, logistics, nondisclosure agreements, and others;
  • Help create and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with contract and award terms, costsharing provisions, and proprietary information provisions, including protecting company intellectual property rights by marking documents;
  • Work with the team to execute transactions within government funding parameters and rapidly execute constructionrelated agreements like CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliation), NTPs (Notice to Proceed), FCO (funding change order), while ensuring appropriate forms, compliance, and approvals.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $75 and $85.

This range is an estimate; an employee's compensation will be based on the employee's qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
