We are looking for a dynamic Regional Clinical Specialist to join a global healthcare organization dedicated to providing innovative medical products and solutions to its customers.

The Regional Clinical Specialist will have a key role in educating medical professionals on the effective use and advantages of the company's products in Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular Surgery suites.
They will lead training programs in their area and offer assistance during product launches and to busy teams as needed. Additionally, this position will be involved in clinical trials at local and national levels when required. Responsibilities include supporting the onboarding of new team members and promoting continuous skill development within the region.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in training sessions for physicians and medical staff to introduce new products or trials.
- Gather baseline data on hospital performance metrics before evaluations/trials.
- Provide guidance on patient profiles conducive to successful product deployment.
- Offer consultation on product utilization during procedures.
- Document post-procedure data and support patient recovery.
- Assist in evaluating trial data and addressing product usage issues.
- Present clinical papers and trial data effectively.
- Monitor product inventory levels.
- Share insights on competitive products and account issues.
- Support training and onboarding of new personnel.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in health science preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in the medical industry.
- Strong clinical background in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery.
