- Manage Sales Systems
- BBU Route Authorization Contracts
- Addition of New item setups including verifications
- Assist Master Files with set-up of items and tray counts
- Removal of deleted items or conversion
- Clean-up of Route Authorization Lists
- Research Sourcing, Route Contracts, Menus, etc.
- Pre & Post Holiday Maintenance work Menus, Offsets, Closes, etc.
- Communication to Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution Teams for system changes and upcoming process changes
- Supports Director of Sales for Sales Systems support and improvement.
- Supports Manufacturing & Distribution Teams for Product Sourcing and Setups
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Work History:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted for education.
- Ideal candidate will possess:
- 1-3 Years required experience in CPG Industry, Customer Relations, Sales or Analytics. DSD experience. 3+ years is a plus.
- Experiencing working directly with Cross Functional Groups
- Must have strong Project Management acumen.
- Demonstrated process driven mindset, excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.
- Proficient in System related tools, AS400 & Central Data Base preferred
- Proficient in BBU systems such Margin Miner & Micro Strategies preferred.
- Travel is minimal
