    Description

    The Fisher Investments Institutional Group (FIIG) provides asset management to a diverse client base of investors, including corporate, pension funds, insurance and financial institutions, healthcare organizations, governments and more. The Institutional Group is a global team that works together to handle service and sales for institutional investors, internationally. Together, we serve clientele across multiple subsidiary businesses, over 30 countries, and several investment strategies, currencies, languages, time zones, and more.

    Exciting Opportunity:

    The Senior Client Operations Analyst collaborates with our Asset Management Sales and Client Service Relationship Managers, international institutional clients and consultants, international custodians, and various internal groups to on-board and maintain accounts for international institutional investors. Reporting to the Team Leader onsite, who will support your skill and career growth. You will play a key role as a project manager to enhance current processes and resolve operational issues related to international accounts that trade in overseas equity markets.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead the onboarding process for new institutional segregated and fund accounts
    • Specialist in international institutional funds and separately managed accounts
    • Support Institutional Sales and Client Services Relationship Managers with intricate client service requests
    • Develop and implement workflows and process enhancements for our international institutional investors
    • Handle nonstandard operational challenges of accounts trading in international markets
    • Collaborate with custodians for institutional account support and manage contract negotiations
    • Ensure compliance with international institutional industry standards and internal requirements
    • Provide detailed international institutional investor account information to senior management
    • Assist the Institutional Client Operations Team Leader in team growth

    Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience mix
    • 2-3 years of professional experience in financial services
    • Knowledgeable in securities, financial markets, and institutional account types
    • Experience in customer/client service
    • Skills in project management, prioritization, and passion for process enhancements
    • Detail-oriented, accountable, and motivated

    Compensation Package:

    • $70,000 - $95,000 base salary per year in the state of WA
    • Eligible for performance-based bonus
