- Calculate commissions and incentive award payments based on results as compared to policies and Sales compensation plan provisions.
- Analyze sales performance results to assess, recommend, and manage compensation outcomes.
- Support the administration of sales quotas, including beginningofyear setup, inyear changes, and ongoing automation initiatives.
- Build new and enhance existing tools to streamline processes and improve turnaround time, while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to a variety of sales compensation projects and initiatives, leveraging both strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Apply math, logic, and analytical skills to manage, assess and interpret data.
- Work to continuously evaluate and improve operational efficiency through system and process improvement.
- Network with multiple teams to share knowledge and improve results.
- Manage responsibilities effectively, despite multiple priorities and deadlines, with minimal supervision.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in a fastpaced teambased environment.
- At least 5 years experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or other highly detailoriented quantitative position.
- At least 3 years system experience in SAP, Anaplan, Callidus, SFDC, and/or other SPM solution.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $$72,000-$108,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
