**Description**

The Operations team is looking for a new Operations Support Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will administer the incentive compensation plans company-wide and will collaborate with other teams such as Payroll, Finance, and Data Analysts. Qualified candidate will have 2 years of experience in compensation with a focus on variable pay compensation, strong analytics skills, and attention to detail.

Heres what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:

**Job Duties**

Support the creation of new procedures and policies with a focus on improving accuracy and efficiency

Prepare incentive compensation plan payments on a timely and accurate basis; ensuring accurate manual and system calculations, data integrity, reporting and data analysis

Respond to employee and leadership incentive compensation inquiries on a timely basis

Collaborate with other teams such as Payroll, Finance, and Data Analysts in the optimal administration of incentive compensation

**Essential Skills**

Minimum 2 years experience in compensation with a focus on variable pay and incentive programs

Ability to write and develop procedures and policies for program development

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality

Proven ability to handle private and confidential information

Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences

Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables, financial functions, data analysis, and auditing functions

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
