For our location in Berlin, we are looking for you as a Media and Information Services Specialist / Librarian (m/f/d) in part-time.

As part of the library team, you will independently manage the daily workflow in a legal private library. You will also be involved in projects related to digitization and working with AI in the library. YOUR TASKS Ordering, acquiring, indexing and cataloging literature Conducting research, managing online databases Organizing library tours and OPAC training for employees Assisting in the formulation of tailored prompts and processing of AI results Integrating AI-supported technologies into library services YOUR PROFILE Completed training as a Media and Information Services Specialist, studies in library science or a comparable qualification Knowledge of databases and library software is an advantage You are proficient in MS Office applications You have good communication skills and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken You quickly familiarize yourself with IT systems Your work style is quality-conscious, independent and service-oriented YOUR BENEF
