Deutsche Oelfabrik Dr. Grandel GmbH & Co. KG is the management company of a chemical group with three medium-sized production plants. Our services include accounting, human resources, insurance, and IT.

We are currently seeking a motivated full-time or part-time IT Support employee to join our existing IT team.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and resolving user, hardware, and system issues in collaboration with the team
Configuring, documenting, installing, troubleshooting, and handing over hardware and software
Installing updates, hotfixes, and new releases
Creating and managing user accounts and permissions in various applications

Requirements:

Completed IT education or equivalent qualification
Strong interest in information technology and new technologies
Preferably some experience in support and user support
Proficient in Windows systems, standard software, and network technologies, with knowledge of Linux and/or other operating systems being a plus
Good knowledge of standard IT components (PC, laptop, printer, peripherals, etc.) and smartphones, with experience in telephone systems being a plus
Fluent in German and proficient in technical English (written and spoken)
Independent, responsible, and goaloriented work ethic
Integrity, loyalty, stress resistance, and flexibility
Valid driver's license and preferably own car
