    Job Description and Requirements

    We're looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team.

    In this role you would be performing activities related to the development, implementation, communication, and administration of Sales Compensation related quotas, plans, and policies.

    We work in a fast paced, dynamic environment supporting Sales teams worldwide.

    Responsibilities:

    • Calculate commissions and incentive award payments based on results as compared to policies and Sales compensation plan provisions.
    • Analyze sales performance results to assess, recommend, and manage compensation outcomes.
    • Support the administration of sales quotas, including beginningofyear setup, inyear changes, and ongoing automation initiatives.
    • Build new and enhance existing tools to streamline processes and improve turnaround time, while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
    • Contribute to a variety of sales compensation projects and initiatives, leveraging both strategic thinking and attention to detail.
    Key Qualifications:

    • Apply math, logic, and analytical skills to manage, assess and interpret data.
    • Work to continuously evaluate and improve operational efficiency through system and process improvement.
    • Network with multiple teams to share knowledge and improve results.
    • Manage responsibilities effectively, despite multiple priorities and deadlines, with minimal supervision.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely in a fastpaced teambased environment.
    Preferred Experience:

    • At least 5 years experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or other highly detailoriented quantitative position.
    • At least 3 years system experience in SAP, Anaplan, Callidus, SFDC, and/or other SPM solution.
