I've found that knowing the "big picture" and seeing how the pieces fit together is essential, and consequently, in every role I've been in I become a subject matter expert sought out for assistance, information, and clarification. I excel when I’m pointed at problems or questions and let loose to solve them, and I thrive most in high-paced environments, keeping multiple plates spinning at the same time, and sharing what I learn with others.
