    Monarch Staffing Solutions is a direct-hire recruitment firm that partners with local businesses to assist with expediting their hiring processes. This is a direct-hire (non-temporary) position for our client.

    What we're looking for:

    The President & CEO will receive direct onsite support from the Executive Assistant, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of key tasks and organizational initiatives. This role encompasses a wide range of administrative responsibilities and special projects as required. The ideal candidate should be skilled at collaborating with various teams, external consultants, and vendors in a professional and discreet manner. The successful candidate must possess a proactive and driven attitude, along with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Organization, autonomy, initiative, and a meticulous approach are essential for this role, as is the ability to foresee and resolve challenges independently.

    Compensation Range:

    This position has an annual salary range of $50,000-$60,000 and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.

    Qualifications:

    Required

    Education/Credentials:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or comporabel combination of education and experience
    • Michigan driver's license and a clear driving record

    Experience.

    • Two to four years related experience providing administrative support to Senior and/or Executive leadership.
    • Non-profit experience is preferred. .

    • Schedule management for company executive(s)
    • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
    • Organize and prepare for Board and executive level meetings
    • Handle internal and external calls and emails professionally
    • Prioritize and respond to emails as needed
    • Maintain records and documents for company executive(s)
    • Manage the President/CEO's schedule efficiently
    • Support the President/CEO in prioritizing tasks and events
    • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
    • Manage Board and community relations effectively
    • Centralize records of Board minutes and relevant documents
    • Handle corporate administrative records and filing, both physical and electronic
    • Coordinate and communicate with the Board of Directors
    • Cultivate strong internal and external relationships
    • Represent the President/CEO professionally
    • Manage subscriptions for publications and websites, including payments.
    • Performs other related duties as required.
