- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or comporabel combination of education and experience
- Michigan driver's license and a clear driving record
- Two to four years related experience providing administrative support to Senior and/or Executive leadership.
- Non-profit experience is preferred. .

- Manage the President/CEO's schedule efficiently
- Support the President/CEO in prioritizing tasks and events
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
- Manage Board and community relations effectively
- Centralize records of Board minutes and relevant documents
- Handle corporate administrative records and filing, both physical and electronic
- Coordinate and communicate with the Board of Directors
- Cultivate strong internal and external relationships
- Represent the President/CEO professionally
- Manage subscriptions for publications and websites, including payments.
- Performs other related duties as required.

What we're looking for:
The President & CEO will receive direct onsite support from the Executive Assistant, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of key tasks and organizational initiatives. This role encompasses a wide range of administrative responsibilities and special projects as required. The ideal candidate should be skilled at collaborating with various teams, external consultants, and vendors in a professional and discreet manner. The successful candidate must possess a proactive and driven attitude, along with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Organization, autonomy, initiative, and a meticulous approach are essential for this role, as is the ability to foresee and resolve challenges independently.
Compensation Range:
This position has an annual salary range of $50,000-$60,000 and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
