Job Overview:
Duties:
- Assist Senior staff with all aspects of client services
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Attend client meetings and transcribe details for followup
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Answer phone calls, respond to client requests and redirect inquiries as needed
- Greet visitors and direct them to meeting location
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the Financial Services industry (a current or potential securities licensed individual)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Ability to transcribe meeting minutes accurately
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
