    Description

    This position encompasses but is not limited to owning product marketing.

    You will drive new device development projects from start to release, develop technical collateral for sales and FAEs, work with both our factory design and application teams while learning about the technology and how it fits into different applications.

    You will also support marketing communications on outside messaging, etc. This position encompasses a lot of different opportunities to grow ones career in the power electronics field.

    We are looking for a person with initiative to work for the company's Product Marketing leader that drives the company's approach to understanding market needs, providing analysis, assist in the development of strategy.

    Collaborating regularly with Device, Package and Quality Engineering to guarantee a seamless development and release process.
    Help develop technical product/solution marketing materials.
    Travel to customer locations and company conferences
    Worked in product marketing for 2-5 years – preferred power semiconductors/electronics.
    Support internal applications and test team to drive the resolution of sales technical requests from customers.
    Minimum BS EE (Power Applications exp. Understanding power conversion applications for end markets (nice to have).
    Santa Barbara/Goleta or within a 50 mile radius to work with engineering, applications, etc. Hybrid/Remote option for qualified candidates who resides within Northern, CA or Southern CA.

    Onsite training, the first three months (arrive Monday, depart Friday) in the Goleta, CA office aligning and building relationships with the team.

    This base pay range reflects the target range for this position, but individual pay will be determined by additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and relevant knowledge or training.
